Lloyds plans to upskill its entire workforce of 67,000 employees in AI by the end of 2026. The bank is launching an AI academy that offers bespoke learning paths for the ways it anticipates employees will interact with the technology. All employees will have to complete a module on safe and ethical usage to ensure AI use aligns with the bank’ s standards.
