The site, perched atop New Jersey’ s largest 17,000 square foot rooftop terrace is a‘ hospitality-first’ HQ, designed to feel more like a members’ club or home than a traditional corporate office. That means architects Gensler have included an on-site clinic, dedicated fitness and zen spaces, wellness suites and lush gardens that draw on biophilic design techniques. It’ s an approach that’ s at the heart of Sanofi’ s corporate strategy. The company’ s‘ All Well’ philosophy centres on holistic health and wellbeing in the workplace to create a supportive culture that inspires and energises.
CXO SUMMIT WHERE LEADERS MEET
