According to ExxonMobil’ s Investing in People Report, more than 1,700 leaders took part in leadership programmes in 2025 as part of its‘ We are ExxonMobil’ framework, which is designed to connect supervisors and managers with strategic business priorities. The company says it has developed a“ thoughtful and consistent approach” to upskilling future leaders – offering development through stretch assignments and on-demand training. One-third of leaders moved into new roles in 2025, reinforcing the company’ s culture of growth and advancement.
