Kristen Pressner will become Nokia’ s Chief People Officer on 1 May 2026, joining the Group Leadership Team to help lead the company’ s cultural, organisational and AI-driven transformation. Bringing more than 30 years of global HR experience, she’ s tasked with strengthening people strategy as Nokia enters its next phase of growth.
SKIMS appointed Kim Seymour as its first Chief People Officer, effective 6 January. Reporting to CEO Jens Grede, she will scale talent and people operations across fashion, lifestyle and beauty. She brings nearly 30 years of HR experience, including senior roles at Etsy and American Express, and advisory leadership experience.

Ruth McGill became Vodafone’ s Chief Human Resources Officer on 1 January 2026, succeeding Leanne Wood. She brings over 25 years of HR and changemanagement experience to support the firm’ s organisational simplification, customer focus and long-term growth strategy.
Emma Holden became Legal & General’ s Chief People Officer at the end of January 2026, joining the Group Management Committee to lead people strategy, culture and capability development. She brings nearly two decades of senior experience from Man Group and Schroders to support L & G’ s next phase of growth.
