Jim D’ Amico, Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Caliber Collision, shared at a SHRM Talent session that he believes hiring teams need to refine their approach to talent acquisition.“ Where I think leaders are still really missing the boat is that most TA organisations are set up for attraction,” he says.“ We’ re in a postattraction world. We have to focus on seduction.” His advice?“ We have to have a reason to seduce them away from that job.”
