Aegon’ s new CHRO Jennifer Palmieri, holds more than 25 years of experience leading HR strategy – operating model transformation, talent development and employee engagement. She joins Aegon after nearly six years as the Chief People Officer of Westfield Insurance, and succeeds Holly Waters, who plans to retire.

Jennifer Reilly has been appointed CHRO of Honeywell, succeeding Karen Mattimore after six years in the role. She first joined the company around three years ago, and will lead its people strategy as it focuses on three streamlined business segments – building automation, industrial automation and process automation and technology.
Returning to Sanoma after serving as Chief People Officer of Finnair, Kaisa Aalto-Luoto is taking on the CHRO role after the departure of Jelena Šutić. Kaisa has HR leadership experience across companies such as Outotec and Mandatum Life, and is well positioned to drive Sanoma’ s people strategy and organisational development.
