The recognition celebrates Hilton’ s commitment to building an inclusive, people-first environment, with the hotelier being recognised as the best workplace in Malaysia in 2026 and the World’ s Best Workplace in 2025.

Following this honour, Hilton shared that it remains committed to focusing on providing a workplace centred on enabling career growth for team members, with 90 % of employees believing they can continue to learn and grow in their roles.
