Her strategy for leading the largest private workforce in the world involves a US $ 1bn investment in skills-based training for employees and scaled AI certifications throughout the company to provide long-term career mobility. The company also offers a‘ Live Better U’ education initiative, which offers associates paid tuition and books for flexible online education designed to fit around work. Programmes on offer include GEDs, English as a second language and training for entry into specialised roles such as pharmacy technicians.
